Inbox placement is operational. We treat it that way.
Deliverability is a separate discipline from email infrastructure. Even with the best MTA, the best IPs, and the best authentication, you can land in spam if your content is wrong, your list is dirty, or your sending pattern is suspicious. We sell deliverability services standalone because some senders need ongoing operational support (monitoring, DMARC management) and others need point-in-time interventions (audit, recovery from a reputation incident). All of these are also available bundled with the main plans.
If you do not know which service applies to your situation, the deliverability audit at €990 is the right starting point — written diagnosis in 14 days, then we discuss what to do about it.
Deliverability Audit
€990 one-timeFourteen-day deep analysis of your existing sending program: authentication audit (SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment), inbox-placement testing across 8 mailbox providers, content review for spam-trigger patterns, reputation assessment via Postmaster Tools and SNDS, written report with prioritized recommendations, 90-minute walkthrough call. Used by senders evaluating whether to migrate to us or stay where they are.

from €59/moOngoing inbox-placement tracking across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple iCloud, GMX, Free, UOL, and other regional providers via synthetic probes. Per-IP and per-domain reputation dashboards, automated alerts on placement degradation, integration with Slack and PagerDuty. Used by senders who want operational visibility into deliverability separate from their MTA provider.

from €89/moDMARC rua and ruf report aggregation and analysis, with an enforcement roadmap that moves you from p=none to p=quarantine to p=reject without breaking legitimate mail. Used by senders who have published a DMARC record but are stuck at p=none because nobody on the team has time to parse the reports.

Three things we say differently from the competition.
Deliverability is operational, not magic
There is no proprietary "deliverability secret sauce" — there is content quality, authentication discipline, list hygiene, sending consistency, and engagement signals. We work on each of those systematically, with measurable inputs and outputs.
No guaranteed inbox-placement numbers
Anyone who guarantees inbox-placement percentages is either lying or going to disappoint you. Mailbox providers make the decision based on hundreds of signals we do not fully control. We will commit to operational SLAs — uptime, response time, monitoring frequency — never to placement percentages.
Honest about what is fixable
Some deliverability problems have engineering solutions. Some are content problems that no amount of infrastructure work will fix — "your messages are spam-like and your recipients are flagging them." We will tell you which category you are in, even if it costs us a sale.
The €990 deliverability audit is the most-bought entry point for new customers.
14 days, written report, 90-minute walkthrough call. If the audit shows you do not need us, we will say so — and that fee buys you a roadmap you can implement with whoever you want.
