Four plans. No per-message surprises. Cancel anytime.
Below are the four published plans and what each one actually includes. We do not have a "Contact us for pricing" tier hiding behind the headline numbers — Enterprise starts at €2,499/month and is custom because the requirements are custom (BYOIP, ASN delegation, on-premise hybrid, audited DPA addenda), not because we want to qualify you on a call before showing a price. Overage above included volume is €0.60 per additional 1,000 messages. There are no setup fees, no annual minimums, and no auto-locked multi-year contracts.

A note on overage. Above your included monthly volume, every additional 1,000 messages costs €0.60. There are no rate cliffs — messages keep flowing, the extra usage shows on the next invoice. If you systematically exceed your tier, we will proactively suggest moving you up because it is cheaper than paying overage every month. No salesperson on commission, no upgrade scripts.
Tell us your send volume — see your real cost on OS Domains vs SES, SendGrid, Mailgun.
Drag the slider to your monthly volume. We compute the total monthly bill on each provider, including dedicated IPs (you typically need at least 5 for any serious send) and the SLA-relevant support tier. The numbers under each provider are pulled from their public price pages as of mid-2026 — no padding, no straw-man tiers. If we have it wrong, email [email protected] and we will fix the calculator.
At 500,000 messages/month with 12 dedicated IPs, OS Domains is €499 cheaper than Mailgun, €710 cheaper than SendGrid, and €261 more than AWS SES. SES wins on raw transport price; it does not include onboarding, IP warming, phone support, or a deliverability dashboard — those are extras you build or buy separately.
Eight dimensions that change the real monthly cost.
Headline pricing is rarely the full price. The table below compares the eight cost dimensions we see customers underestimate most often when moving from a competitor. All numbers reflect publicly listed prices from each provider's website as of mid-2026, calculated for a representative 500,000 messages per month deployment with 12 dedicated IPs and EU data residency. If you spot an error, email us and we will correct it.

The fourteen services priced individually.
The four plans above bundle most of what an outbound email operation needs. But sometimes you want a single service — a domain, an IP warm-up for a pool you already own, an SMTP relay to plug into your existing CRM, a deliverability audit before signing with anyone. Each row below is a standalone product with its own price page; click through for what is included.

Twelve questions we get the most.
01 What's included in the Starter plan, exactly?
Starter at €299/month gives you: 100,000 outbound messages per month (with overage at €0.60 per additional 1,000), 5 dedicated IPv4 addresses with reverse DNS configured to your domain, a PowerMTA or KumoMTA instance licensed and operated for you in one EU PoP of your choice (Vienna, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, London, Strasbourg, Dallas, or Panama), automated IP warm-up over 4-8 weeks, the DMARC aggregator for rua/ruf reports across 12 mailbox providers, BIMI verification with VMC chain checks, TLS 1.3 with STARTTLS on ports 587/465/2525, the REST API (v1 and v2), webhook delivery with retry and jitter, role-based access for the customer portal, and the public Status API at 60 requests per minute. Email support has a 24-hour first-response SLA, weekdays.
02 How does the overage work above included volume?
Every plan includes a baseline of messages per month. Above that baseline, you pay €0.60 per additional 1,000 messages, billed at the end of each calendar month against the actual send count. There are no rate-limit cliffs — your messages keep flowing, you just see the extra usage on the invoice. If you regularly exceed your tier, we will proactively suggest moving you up a tier because it is cheaper for you than paying overage. There are no annual minimums and no auto-locked commitments.
03 Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fees on Starter, Standard, or Performance. On Enterprise, depending on complexity (BYOIP, ASN delegation, on-premise hybrid, custom DPA negotiations) we sometimes quote a one-time onboarding fee that covers the engineering hours; this is disclosed upfront in the order form, never tacked on after the fact. Migration from a competitor (SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, Postmark) is a separately priced service starting at €1,490 — see the Migration service page for what is included.
04 What is the contract length? Can I cancel anytime?
All plans are month-to-month by default. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date with no penalty; your data export is available for 90 days after cancellation. Annual prepayment is optional and discounts the monthly rate by 10% on Starter and Standard, 12% on Performance, and is custom on Enterprise. There is no auto-renewing multi-year lock-in unless you specifically opt into one.
05 How are dedicated IPs allocated and what happens to them if I leave?
IPs assigned to your account come from our own IP pool and are physically routed in the PoPs you have selected. Reverse DNS is configured to your domain (typically subscribed at mailers.<yourdomain>.com or a custom hostname). While you are a customer, the IPs are exclusively yours — never shared, never rotated to another tenant. If you leave, the IPs return to our pool after a 60-day cool-down. If you have built reputation on an IP that you want to take with you, we support BYOIP (bring-your-own-IP) on Enterprise; otherwise, the IPs stay with us because they are tied to our network and rDNS.
06 Why is your headline price higher than AWS SES?
AWS SES sells per-message at €0.10 per 1,000, which looks cheaper until you add the hidden costs: SES does not include dedicated IPs (€24 per IP per month, you need at least 5 to do anything serious = €120), does not include IP warming (you build it yourself or pay a consultant), does not include phone support unless you pay for AWS Business Support (€100/month minimum), does not include a deliverability monitoring dashboard (you wire it yourself with CloudWatch and Postmaster Tools), and does not give you a single throat to choke when something goes wrong. SES is a fantastic transport layer; it is not a managed email infrastructure. Our pricing reflects an operated stack rather than a raw API. See the full TCO comparison table above.
07 What does the SLA actually mean? What gets refunded?
Our SLA covers availability of the MTA and SMTP relay endpoints, the REST API, and the customer portal. Starter is 99.9% (downtime budget: ~43 minutes per month). Standard is 99.95% (~22 minutes). Performance and Enterprise are 99.99% (~4 minutes). When we miss the SLA, you receive a pro-rata service credit on your next invoice — for example, missing 99.95% by 2 hours on Standard would credit ~7% of the monthly fee. On Enterprise, breaches above a contractual threshold trigger cash refunds. The SLA does not cover IP-level deliverability issues caused by your content or list quality — that is what the deliverability audit service is for.
08 Do you charge extra for the customer portal, dashboards, or status API?
No. The customer portal, real-time deliverability dashboards (per-IP and per-domain), the status API at 60 req/min, RSS feed of status events, and the historical incident archive are all included in every plan. We do not gate observability behind premium tiers because operating an email program without observability is how you end up blacklisted.
09 What payment methods do you accept? Can you invoice in advance?
We accept SEPA direct debit, SEPA wire transfer, Visa/Mastercard credit cards via Stripe, and (for Enterprise customers) on-prem PO + invoice with NET-30 terms. We invoice on the 1st of each month for the prior month's usage. Annual prepayment is invoiced once. We do not accept crypto, prepaid Visa cards, or money orders. We bill in EUR by default; USD and GBP are available on Performance and Enterprise.
10 Can I get a custom quote for unusual requirements?
Yes — anything Enterprise-shaped (BYOIP, ASN delegation, on-premise hybrid, single-country data residency, custom DPA addenda, dedicated DPO consultation, SOC 2 audit clauses, NDA terms, multi-million message bursts, etc.) goes through a sales conversation. Use the "Schedule architecture call" button below; you will get a 45-minute call with a solutions architect (not a salesperson) within 3 business days, and a custom quote within 5 business days of that call. No automated discovery questionnaires.
11 Are there any discounts for non-profits, startups, or annual prepayment?
Yes. Registered non-profits get 25% off any plan with documentation. Pre-Series-A startups (companies under 24 months old with no institutional funding above €500K) get 30% off the Starter plan for the first 12 months. Annual prepayment discounts 10-12% depending on plan. We do not stack discounts; pick the best one for your situation.
12 What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within the first 30 days of Starter or Standard, you get a full refund minus any per-IP setup work that has been completed (typically €0 for self-serve onboarding). Above month one, billing is pro-rata to the day of cancellation. Performance and Enterprise contracts have custom refund clauses negotiated at signing. We do not refund overage charges retroactively, since those reflect messages we have already paid to deliver.
Pick a plan or talk to engineering. No salesperson-on-commission in between.
Starter and Standard are self-serve — you complete the order form, we provision in 48-72 hours, you start sending. Performance and Enterprise require a 45-minute architecture call first because the deployment is genuinely custom. Either way, no qualification rounds and no upsell scripts.
