Infrastructure

The bare-metal under the managed service. Available separately.

Our managed email infrastructure runs on bare-metal we operate ourselves. For customers who want the infrastructure layer without the managed layer on top, we sell the components separately: MTA Servers (PowerMTA or KumoMTA on dedicated hardware, with or without our operational involvement), Dedicated Servers (Intel and AMD bare-metal in any of our 7 PoPs), Offshore Hosting (Panama PoP for sovereignty-sensitive workloads), and Domains & DNS (registration and authoritative anycast DNS).

Most customers buy the managed service. The infrastructure-only services exist because some customers — internal email-operations teams, sovereignty-sensitive workloads, email-adjacent products — need the bare-metal layer specifically.

MTA Servers (PowerMTA / KumoMTA)

from €249/mo

Dedicated PowerMTA or KumoMTA instances on bare metal in your chosen EU PoP. We pick the MTA based on your traffic pattern during onboarding — PowerMTA for established high-volume with extensive existing tooling, KumoMTA for greenfield deployments where Prometheus integration and architectural flexibility matter more.

  • 250K – 10M messages/month tiers
  • Per-customer VirtualMTAs
  • Customer-controlled rotation policies
  • Logs accessible via portal and API

Dedicated Servers

from €159/mo

Bare-metal servers in our 7 PoPs (5 EU + DFW + PTY). Used by customers running PowerMTA on their own license, hosting Postfix or custom MTAs, or operating email-adjacent workloads (verification, parsing, archiving) that need to live close to our infrastructure for low-latency integration.

  • Intel and AMD EPYC available
  • 100% IPMI/iLO access included
  • Dedicated bandwidth allocations
  • Linux distros pre-imaged or BYO

Offshore Hosting

from €189/mo

Servers in non-extradition jurisdictions for workloads that need legal-system isolation from US or EU pressure — journalism, whistleblower platforms, sovereign government workloads of non-EU countries, or businesses with adversarial corporate-litigation exposure. We host in Panama (PTY PoP) and via partner facilities in a small number of other jurisdictions.

  • Panama PoP (PTY)
  • DMCA-resistant where lawful
  • Payment via SEPA, wire, or crypto
  • Anonymous-registration domains optional

Domains & DNS

from €14/yr

Domain registration in 280+ TLDs and authoritative DNS across our 7-region anycast network. Used by customers who want their sending domains, their email-receiving MX records, and their DMARC/SPF/DKIM publication in one place — and who want DNSSEC, DNS-over-TLS, and DNS-over-HTTPS by default.

  • 280+ TLD coverage
  • DNSSEC signed by default
  • Anycast DNS across 7 regions
  • DNS-over-TLS and HTTPS endpoints

When you would buy this

Three scenarios where the infrastructure layer makes sense on its own.

01

You want to operate PowerMTA yourself

Some customers prefer to keep operational control of their MTA — they have an internal email-operations team, they have specific architectural constraints, they have a multi-year PowerMTA license. We sell bare-metal dedicated servers with PowerMTA pre-installed (with your license or ours) and stay out of the operational picture beyond uptime SLA.

02

You want sovereignty-grade isolation

Government, journalism, and certain adversarial-litigation contexts require infrastructure that is not subject to US or EU legal pressure. Our Panama PoP (PTY) provides that for workloads that justify it. We do not market this aggressively because most customers do not need it; the customers who do, find us by name.

03

You have email-adjacent workloads

Bounce parsing services, deliverability analytics platforms, email-verification services, list-quality scoring tools — all of these run faster when they live in the same datacenter as our MTA cluster. Dedicated servers in our PoPs provide the sub-millisecond latency to our infrastructure that these workloads need.

Both options are real businesses for us. We make a recommendation based on what you need, not what is most profitable per customer.
