Professional services

Three one-time engagements. Bounded outcomes, fixed fees.

These are the projects we run alongside (or instead of) ongoing managed infrastructure. Migration is for senders moving from another provider; Audit is for senders who want an independent diagnosis before deciding what to do next; Recovery is for senders whose reputation has been damaged and needs a coordinated 30-day rescue plan. Each has a defined scope, a written deliverable, and a one-time fee — no recurring billing on these.

Customers buy these in three patterns: as a standalone engagement (we deliver, they implement with whoever); as a precursor to becoming a managed customer (audit informs the migration plan); as a rescue alongside an existing managed contract (recovery while we continue operating their normal traffic).

How we approach professional services

Three things we say upfront before we sell you anything.

01

These are services, not subscriptions

Migration, audit, and recovery are bounded projects with defined deliverables. We do not roll them into recurring fees. You pay once, we deliver once, you decide whether to continue with our managed platform afterward.

02

We will tell you when not to migrate

Of the migrations we have scoped, roughly 1 in 8 ends with us recommending the customer stay where they are. Usually because: the customer is below the volume where managed infrastructure beats per-message SaaS pricing, or because their current provider is doing fine and the migration risk is not worth marginal savings.

03

No silver-bullet promises

Deliverability audit findings are honest about what is fixable and what is not. Reputation recovery has bounded outcomes — sometimes the right answer is "abandon these domains and start fresh on different ones," not "let us magic them back into Gmail inbox."

Scope or buy

A 45-minute call with engineering scopes the right service for your situation.

Most customers are not sure which of the three applies, or whether they need all three in sequence. The call costs nothing and produces a written recommendation regardless of whether you proceed.
