The outbound side of email is a stack of services: the API or SMTP relay your application talks to, the MTA cluster that processes and dispatches messages, the dedicated IPs that carry the reputation, the warmup discipline that gets new IPs accepted by mailbox providers, the cold-email-specific tooling when you need to send to recipients without prior consent. We sell each as a standalone product so you buy what you need, and most customers bundle 2-3 of them via one of our plans.

Most customers end up on Standard or Performance with the bundled stack. Some buy individual services to fill gaps in their existing infrastructure. We make the recommendation based on what fits — not what is most profitable per customer.
